From Rt. 413:
Cross over Rt. 332 (Newtown Bypass) onto State Street in Newtown. Turn right at Washington Avenue (Brick Hotel on corner) which will become Newtown-Yardley Road. 790 Newtown-Yardley Road is after Headley Drive on the right.

From Woodbourne Road:
Cross over Rt. 332 (Newtown Bypass) and travel through the industrial park. Woodbourne Road becomes Penns Trail once you cross over the bypass. Turn left onto Newtown-Yardley Road. 790 Newtown-Yardlet Road is the first driveway on the left.

From I-95:
Take exit 49 (Newtown). Travel Wes on Route 332 towards Newtown. Turn right onto Newtown-Yardley Road. After passing Penns Trail, 790 Newtown-Yardley Road will be the first light on the left.
